How I developed JAN DURIS SELFDEFENSE SYSTEM

 

In my childhood, since I remember, I was always fascinated by martial arts movies and I was fighting with other kids trying to copying those moves. I always had the spirit or heart of a warrior. During puberty I had been bullied by strong guys and needed to find out how to fight them in order to survive and gain respect. And I was successful. In adolescence I began to attend the nighlife which at those times, in Slovakian villages, was a violent environment full of fights, aggression and psychological bullying every second night. During those times I also discovered the martial arts workshops, attended some of them but I never liked dealing with the sweaty, barefoot bodies and the school gymnasiums nor the very slow progress via endless repeating of the basics in various martial arts systems. I purchased a huge boxing bag, I also built a wooden one and tried to find the most effective self defense techniques and combat styles on youtube and all over the internet. I made friends with various people who did village fights, street fights, various martial arts, self defense, police officers, special forces and soldiers from the Afghani war. I was testing with them all those best techniques and combat styles which I found. We were trying to find the weak and also the most effective points of each system like Krav Maga, Wing Tsun, Russian Systema, many intigrative styles and many popular martial arts. Then I took the best techniques and transformed their weak points adding my own field tested techniques. When I saw that for certain attacks there are not any real, effective and easy techniques, I was trying to find out, through extreme critical thinking about all potential dangers and about what normal non fit humans are capable of, what we could use as the most effective protection for them. It wasn't my intention but slowly I built a whole system, critically tested it with mentioned friends from various fighting backgrounds and also tested it in various environments like cold winter, frost, huge snow, rain, mud, wind, humidity, summerheat, during the light or in the dark night, inside or outside. When my psychotherapeutic, business and coaching clients didn't feel safe in their environment or were already victims of attacks, or were destroyed from the punishment of their bodies in the fighting trainings, I began offering them my knowledge and began to develop the easiest, fastest and most effective self defense training program which I know. So JAN DURIS SELFDEFENSE SYSTEM and its training became successful, with the satisfied clients even more field tested, and I'm proud to say that during years since I'm teaching it I haven't had a dissatisfied client.

 

 

YOU SHOULD BE AWARE ABOUT THE REALITY OF THE ATTACKS!

 

Most of the men are living in the illusion that they can kick everybody's ass. Even many martial arts students think that they're able to protect themselves against many attacks, even knives. But real fights and attacks are psychological either very surprising or threatening and physiologically very messy situations. They are not fair, they don't have the rules of martial arts, ring or octagon, psychologically they're putting you down and because of fear you're losing focus, power and you become handicapped. No matter how much you repeated your correct martial arts technique, during the real attack you will most probably be in different state of consciousness, handicapped by fear and you wouldn't be able to provide the technique correctly. To it, instead of facing the original attacker, you would fight with other three of his buddies and chairs, bottles, and other things would be thrown on you. Men will hold you and punch you from behind, from the sides, and another from the front and you would maybe even face few sharp knives or broken glass. Psychologically you will maybe face threatening to your family and even in the case that you will be successful there is a risk that you will go to the court and pay for hurting the attacker.
