I extremely suffered in my life, went through the extremes of emotional and physical pain, was tyrannized and strongly oppressed, and my body was dying many times from many diseases. But also I was always fascinated by life and I wanted to find out the underlying truth about how we humans and the Universe work, what determines and organizes the events in our lives and why such painful things are happening to me. 
I felt there must be something behind all my pain and suffering. Intuitively I felt that I can enter it with my consciousness, feeling much deeper dimensions and meanings of my body and emotional pain, but as a child and a teenager from Czechoslovakian, communist poor workers' culture I didn't have any theoretical resources and therefore any knowledge about what is going on. I was just fighting for surviving, diving deep into my body symptoms and pushing myself to the very suicidal edges of my existential crisis to feel the miracle and mechanisms of life. Then I worked on myself unbelievably hard to heal me from the destruction which I, my inner demons and the society caused to me and then repeating the whole brutally painful process endlessly again and again for many years in the desperate need to penetrate into the truth behind the Universe and life. I felt that only the truth can help me to gain the ability to survive and to help me and my family. And I found it out, developed many methods whith which I transformed my pains, body symptoms and painful relationships into my health and personal and social growth.

 

Later I finally discovered psychotherapy, spirituality and the dimensions of personal and social development, read thousends of books about it, attended many trainings, tryied out many of those verified approaches and builded my social circle full of the best experts from the field, but nothing from those verified methods was for me enough. I needed to integrate them with my discoveries to make them work to achieve my high standarts.  Then I began to help hundreds of people and creating the life of my dreams. I traveled the world, met important teachers and masters and learned many new spiritual, psychotherapy, couching and facilitation methods. I realized that what I went through during the previous years was basically searching, finding, testing and improving the most effective methods and teachings for each dimension of our lifes and connecting them with my discoveries and developments. After that i ended with system for dating and relationships, another system for the highest spiritual growth, another for boosting creativity in arts, another for psychotherapy and bodytherapy, another for low cost traveling and personal development via traveling etc. But all of them were connected to each other, using the same simple principles, methods and wisdom and they were interconected. While i was helping my clients with them i realized that they can be teached together as one system and thats how JAN DURIS SYSTEM came to live.

 

Now is JAN DURIS SYSTEM a complex system of life development for huge variety of dimensions of your life and also a small international company. The company Im keeping small because the bigger it would be, the more work and less freedom it would be. I didnt went through hell to create a hell of a work for me to being a victim of it. Being in personal development business since 2004 and also during my traveling around the world i realized how the peronal development, wellness, healtcare and medical businesess often misuses people to make more money on them while not delivering them the best help for their health and development.
For example the psychotherapists sometimes find out at the beginning of the session that the real problem of the client or family is that they are not financialy educated enough to save money and invest money more efectively therefore the family has problems with the money which creates tension, conflicts, pain and sometimes even legal problems. Instead of interupting the therapy, charging just for first 20 minutes and sending them to some expert who can teach them step by step how to work with the money, therapist continues giving them therapy and charging for full session because he/she wanna make money on them although he/she know that they have money issue and thats why they having conflicts. While therapeutic work im following what the clients wanna solve and also the "wisdom of the nature" - flow of energy which is creating us, giving the spark of life to each one cell of our bodies. Im very free from all concepts of psychotherapy, couching, meditation or business etc. and Im open to learn from the nature, or to use helpful concepts only as supportive crative ideas and methods. Im keeping my fluidity, wisdom, intuition, deep emphaty, openess and fascination to discovering where is the most energy. What is catching clients attention at most? Is the most energy loaded in his/her body symptoms, or in relationships, or in the family issues, etc? So lets say that Im working with client on her anxiety and emotional issues. In this individual psychotherapy we finding out that her fears and anxiety she unconsciously learned from her anxious family and that the whole family is unconsciously supporting each its member to be anxcious and opressive, to feel more safe. So on the next session we can work with the whole before mentioned family example. If the family wanna that i will come to their home I will come and we working there. While working we finding out that the anxiety issues are deeply rooted in the conflicts and powerty conditions in which the parrents grew up. And nowadays they still didnt learned how to create healthy relationships neither how to organize and invest the family budget more wisely. So im putting the psychotherapy aside and Im giving them needed couching about how to deal with the money and also a training about how to build healthy and supportive relationships. After this the son in the family wanna build his business and the daughter wanna travel the world. So im doing business work and facilitation work with him in his business company and her im teaching low cost traveling while traveling with her in some country of her dreams. Then the mother of the family is interested into spiritual development so im giving her trainings in meditations or my Selftherapy system and the father has body symptoms so im working on his body issues and later teaching them both Seltherapy system to make them more indipended and working on their bodies alone and saving a lot of money while gaining much wisdom. This was one perspective how i can apply JAN DURIS SYSTEM just by work with one family. While that Im having a short trip to Ontario, Canada to enjoy new locations and helping my Canadian client with her business and selfconfidence. Then taking care of my parrents and clients in Slovakia and Czech Republic. After traveling to visit friends in British Columbia, Canada and continuing to Oahu, Hawaii. Meeting new client there. enjoying Hawaii and amazing work there. Besides that doing therapies and training with my clients through videocalls. After Hawaii i have the dream to climb the Khumbu Himalayas and Mt. Everest. So Im having a correspondance with my clients if they are ok and if they dont need me during the next month. Clients in San Francisco, Prague and Slovakia needing me, so im flying there. After succesfull work Im as usually visinting my parrents In Slovakia and flying to Dubai and from there to Nepal and Himalayas. Thanks to the internet connection in the guesthouses in Himalayas Im finding out that one client urgently need me, so we have videocall. Later in Kathmandu im meeting a new client. After Himalayas im flying to Greece inland and with the ship to islands to do Selftherapy trainings. While that im meeting people who needing therapy or trainings in selftherapy or how to pick up girls and building relationships. So were going out, meeting beautiful girls and Im teaching my clients, what to do. Besides this in Greece Im also doing online work with my clients from all around the world. After that Im visiting again my parrents and clients in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary and meeting a company which is having problems. Im arranging my team and we helping them with facilitation work, group therapy, business development and trainings.With my team, because the company is bigger and there are many tasks to do. And this kind of work is also good study field for my students which can assist me and having a practice.
